現就自己教學工作中的點滴做法作如下總結：
一、備好課是上好課的基礎。就我個人而言，在備課時，我始終嚴格按照備教材、備教法和備學生的原則進行。同時，我充分利用備課組的優勢，積極吸取他人的經驗和教學方法。在上課之前，我儘可能地做好充分的準備，確保每一節課都“有備而去”。因爲一堂有效的課程離不開老師充分的準備工作。我會認真研究教材內容，教材是教學內容的主要載體，所以每一次備課時，我都會認真閱讀、思考和理解教材，瞭解教材的核心思想和編寫目的，把握教材中提供的數學活動的線索，分析教材中蘊含的數學思想、方法和科學內涵，親自完成每道練習題，只有這樣才能真正領會新教材中所蘊含的教學理念，並備出高質量的教案。一般而言，我會在學生學習新課程的一週之前，先逐一完成下一章節的例題、習題、練習冊、伴你學和單元卷，然後再根據課時進行詳細備課。
二、高效的數學課堂教學不僅在於成功的講解，而且更取決於科學、高效率的練習。科學合理的練習是學生學習數學、發展思維的經常性實踐活動，同時也是師生信息交流的一箇窗口。在新課程下，數學學習應該成爲一種生活、一種活動，應該關注學生的發展，而不僅僅是重複單一的、千篇一律的內容。好的練習可以主動引導學生提出疑難問題、解決困惑，並及時進行糾正。通過這樣的練習，可以鞏固和應用數學知識，培養學生的學習習慣和思維品質，訓練他們的思考方法，提高數學教學的有效性。基於多年的教學經驗，我深刻地認識到大量的題海戰術已經不再適應新課程理念下的數學教學。因此，在備課時，我會親自做一遍手頭的所有資料上的題目，然後對其進行歸類篩選，設計出科學合理的練習，以提高數學課堂教學的效率。
三、在教學過程中，我十分關注每一位學生，力求讓他們處於最佳的學習投入狀態。雖然我在備課時已經充分預設了可能發生的情況，但是課堂上仍然存在許多不確定性，並且常常會出現意料之外的情況。然而，在這些挑戰中，我會靈活應對，動態生成教學過程，以確保學生能夠獲得最大的收益。
我注重激發學生合理適度的學習動機，提供具有挑戰性的任務，激發學生積極思考和行動，並適時給予適當的鼓勵，以激發並保護學生的主動學習動力。我時刻關注每位學生在課堂上的表現，包括他們是否專注於學習活動、是否參與討論和小組活動等。在授課過程中，我要求每個學生都認真聽講，並積極參與學習、思考和交流，這已經成爲我的學生們的習慣。班級中有一箇名叫張駿坤的男孩，入學時的成績在班級中屬於D等級。他在課堂上總是把身子壓得很低，害怕老師提問，有時即使知道答案也不敢自信地舉手回答。我一直關注着他，只要稍微察覺到他有想要回答問題的動機，我就會留給他發言的機會。爲了回答老師提出的問題，他開始在課堂上和課下主動學習，並向我和同學請教。開學一箇月後，他對數學學習的信心大大增加，對數學也產生了濃厚的興趣。他不僅搶着發表自己的觀點，而且思考問題的邏輯性也很強。在本學期的期末考試中，他取得了104分的好成績。隨着時間的推移，我們班的同學都能積極參與學習活動，不是害怕老師點到自己來作答，而是擔心被忽略而沒有機會回答問題。
四、在進行授課的過程中，教師應該注重表揚學生。即使是對於那些對學習沒有興趣或學習困難的學生，有些老師可能會認爲這樣的學生沒有任何優點可誇獎。但作爲一名教師，只要發現學生取得了一絲進步，哪怕是微小的進步，我都會及時給予表揚和鼓勵，讓他們感到自己也有優點，也能夠不斷進步。例如，在上課時如果我提出了一箇比較簡單的’問題，我會讓學生回答，並及時表揚他們：“你的回答非常正確，你取得了很大的進步。”另外，如果有學生舉手發言，即使回答錯誤，我也會給予鼓勵：“看到你敢於大膽發言，雖然回答還不完全正確，但你已經取得了很大的進步，我相信下一次你一定能回答正確。”我始終堅信：對於學習困難或不愛發言的學生來說，教師的表揚和鼓勵對他們而言是非常重要的。他們會感到非常高興甚至自豪，從而對學習產生興趣，認真聽課並積極發言，這樣他們的學習成績也會迅速提高。在我的課堂上，第四組同學得到最多的發言機會。他們每次都能認真思考和積極回答問題。如果這個組的同學的回答受到全班的認可，整個小組的同學都會感到非常高興和自豪。
落實好每天的作業
適當的作業對學生來說是必要的。但我們不能僅僅爲作業而作業，而是通 過做作業，使學生鞏固所學的知識。所以佈置合適的作業是重要的。我所任教的班學生基礎相差比較大，所以採用分層次佈置作業的方式，做到照顧差異。作業的重點放在鞏固所學知識的前提下，再適當提升。對基礎不夠好的同學要讓他們從基礎入手。對基礎好的同學每天佈置一箇有助於開拓思維的題目。總之，作業不能一概而論。對於作業的批改我一點也不敢放鬆，多年來的教學使我對作業有一箇深刻的體會，學生的作業也是老師的作業，作業佈置了學生要做，那老師也必須要批改，否則設計的作業再好也不能達到鞏固提高的目的。每天再忙我也要對學生的作業逐一進行批改，在我看來不批改就沒有發言權，可以說批改作業讓我嚐到了大大的甜頭，批改作業後再講評使講解針對性更強了，也節省了時間，只講學生出錯較多的題目更好的調動了學生聽講的積極性。剛接手這批學生時讓我最棘手的就是家庭作業問題，不能認真獨立完成應付了事抄襲現象嚴重，由於我堅持每次都批改家庭作業，及時發現問題並與學生進行交流，我們班學生的家庭作業質量有了大幅度的提高。班裏有個女孩欒湉數學開始時是C類，上課回答問題積極，思維靈活，成績卻總是不太理想，通過批改作業發現，他的作業不能認真獨立的完成，於是我就與他談話告訴他作業的重要性，他知道老師發現了他的祕密，從那以後作業總是能認真獨立完成不懂的就問，數學成績有了很大的提高，現在已經經常考A。
做好課後輔導工作，多與學生交流
學生的個體差異是不可避免的，他們來自不同家庭，性格迥異。在學習能力、方法和態度上也各不相同。有些學生自覺認真，有些則有點懶散；有些聰明才智，有些反應略慢。因此，在教學中，我非常重視分層教學的方法。課後，我會針對不同層次的學生進行相應的輔導，滿足他們各自不同的需求，避免一刀切的弊端，並加大對學困生的輔導力度。這種輔導並不僅限於學科知識，更注重引導學生的學習思想。如果要提高學困生的成績，首先需要解決他們的學習障礙，讓他們意識到學習的重要性和必要性，培養他們對學習的興趣。我非常注重通過多種途徑激發學生們的求知慾和上進心，讓他們明白學習不僅僅是爲了完成任務，也不只是爲了取悅老師或家長，而是爲了自身的成長和發展。基於這個前提，我致力於教給他們學習的方法，提高他們的學習技能，並認真細緻地進行查漏補缺工作。學困生通常存在基礎薄弱的問題，他們的知識斷層比較多，所以我特別注重給他們補課，填補他們之前學習的知識漏洞。這樣，他們會感到學習變得輕鬆起來，進步也會更快，同時興趣和求知慾也會隨之增加。此外，還有一些學困生是由於長期以來養成了不良的學習習慣，加上家長由於工作等原因無法對孩子進行必要的監督和指導，導致孩子在學習上變得自由散漫。他們經常草率地完成作業，甚至經常缺少或者不做作業。因此，我常常通過短信、電話與家長們交流，瞭解學生在校內外的情況，向家長彙報學生在學校的表現。我們互相溝通，共商教育孩子的方法，共同促進學生的健康發展。當發現個別學生出現問題時，我會主動聯繫家長，努力爭取家長的理解、支持和配合，向家長宣傳科學的教育子女方法，使家庭教育與學校教育同步，共同培養優秀的青少年。此外，我在與家長交流時，沒有一味地向家長訴苦，而是將學生點滴進步告知家長，以爭取家長的積極配合。

如果一箇班級沒有良好的紀律，那麼老師再怎麼在講臺上生動地講課，再賣力地教學，也是徒勞無功的。只有當紀律得到有效控制時，學生才能夠專心聆聽和學習。俗話說，眼睛是心靈的窗戶，因此在我的課堂上，我常常通過眼神與學生進行學習交流，以友善親切的目光吸引學生的注意，讓我的視線觸達教室的每個角落，讓每個學生都感受到我的關注。這樣做不僅無形中起到了課堂管理的作用，而且比大聲訓斥更容易讓學生接受，並且不會干擾其他同學的注意力。另外，我也非常重視培養學生良好的學習方法和學習習慣。例如，在進行計算能力訓練時，我要求學生先仔細審題，思考如下問題：“是否正確理解題目？應該先進行哪些計算？是否可以利用簡便方法？”在計算過程中，我鼓勵學生做到一步一回頭，自覺檢查答案的準確性。如果發現個別學生做錯了題目，我會及時要求他們糾正錯誤，並自覺分析錯誤的原因，以防止再次出錯，培養認真計算的習慣。平時，我要求學生書寫數字和運算符號時必須清晰、整齊、規範，完成作業後，培養他們自覺檢查的習慣，塑造端正認真學習、刻苦鑽研的學習態度，培養獨立思考和克服困難的精神。
學生的合作學習對教學也有很大的幫助

只有關心細微之處的班主任，才能及時發現學生的點滴進步，及時給予肯定和表揚，促使學生的進步得到認可，並激發他們養成良好習慣的動力。只有關注細節的班主任，才能及時察覺學生的不良行爲，並即時進行批評和教育，早期消除不良行爲的苗頭。同時，也只有細心的班主任，才能制定出詳盡的規章制度，讓學生在每天、每時、每刻都有明確的行爲準則和約束，使之成爲他們行爲的指導和依據。
3、工作要有耐心
班主任工作不是一朝一夕的工作，而是一項長期的工作。這一點主要體現在後進生的轉化教育工作上。每個班級都有一些相對落後的學生，只要班主任把後進生教育好了，班級管理工作就有效了。但是，要完成後進生思想的轉變，行爲習慣的轉變，卻並非易事。因此，我們班主任也要學會打“持久戰”。
4、把握幾個尺度。
一、管與放的尺度
作爲一箇班主任，管理工作應該是最重要的事情，但是需要注意到我們管理的對象是成長中的學生。在實際工作中，班主任可以負責很多方面的管理，從學生的日常行爲規範、着裝，到他們的思想發展、前途規劃，以及班級的建設與發展。許多班主任都非常熱情，他們親自參與班級工作，早晚跟着學生，無所不管，有時甚至扮演着”管家”、“警察”或“保姆”的角色。這種管理方式確實有其優點，因爲班主任一直跟着學生，如果擁有足夠的時間和精力，並且堅持三年如一日，班級的狀況絕對不會變差。但是這種管理方式是最沒有技術含量的，它的最大問題在於管得過多過死，容易造成學生過於依賴，創造力和獨立性差，缺乏自我教育和自我管理的能力。最明顯的表現就是，當班主任在場時，學生一箇樣子，但班主任離開後，學生又是另一番模樣。這樣培養出來的學生在大學裏的發展空間會受到限制。同時，這種管理方式也容易讓班主任陷入瑣事之中，導致精疲力竭，不利於他們自身的提升和發展。
陶行知先生主張，“教是爲了引導學生自己去學習”，魏書生老師也認同“管是爲了讓學生自己去管理”。從根本上說，他們的思想是要充分發揮學生在教育管理中的主體作用，實現“自我管理與指導相結合”。
我認爲班主任在管理班級時承擔着重要的責任。具體而言，班主任需要關注以下幾個方面：首先，制定班級的長期目標，確定班級工作的整體思路；其次，培養一支強大而有能力的幹部隊伍，並進行指導和監督；再次，積極開展對個別學生和全體學生的思想工作，提高班級的凝聚力和向心力；最後，協調各方面的關係，形成教育合力。
而該放的要堅決放手，學生能幹的，班主任堅決不要幹。在做好以上工作的同時，班主任要大膽放手，把一些具體事務派下去，建立層次分明的立體型管理體系，如主題班會、每天的教室清潔、課間操甚至一些大型的活動等等。班主任要充分調動學生積極主動性，分工授權，引導學生參與管理，逐步鍛鍊和培養學生的自我教育和自我管理能力。但涉及到班級整體氛圍、班風的事我是嚴格關注的，因爲我認爲這是大事兒。 總之，管大放小，管主放次，授權負責，分層管理，既有利於班級的建設與發展，又有利於學生個性完善、能力的提高。
二、活與靜的尺度
一箇班級活躍的氛圍很好，但是也不能過於活躍，這就需要班主任具備駕馭這種氛圍的能力和恰到好處的把握。常有教師抱怨自己班上的學生不夠踏實，雖然課堂氣氛很活躍，但一到考試就表現不佳，我認爲這是度的問題。
在班級管理中，我認爲有三個方面非常重要：第一是課堂氛圍。我的第一個班級是20xx級的8班，在這一點上我感覺我是失敗的，上課有點沉悶。當老師提出問題時，明明很多學生都知道答案，卻不願意說出來，導致課堂上的情緒無法提升，影響了課堂效率。爲了改善這一點，我在帶上一屆的20xx級這個班時採取了兩個我認爲比較有效的措施來營造良好的課堂氛圍。首先，在上課開始時，要求學生向老師充滿激情地問好，這是一箇良好的開端。可以想象，高亢的問候聲既可以調動學生的激情，也可以激發老師的激情。其次，建議年級統一要求課桌上不能堆放過多的書籍，這樣不想參與課堂的學生就無處可躲，能夠有效地調動學生參與課堂的積極性。特別是在高三年級，這一點尤爲有效。第二個必須要注意的方面是各項活動的活躍性。對於這一點，我認爲大膽地放手讓學生去完成可以有效激發學生的參與熱情和積極性。在玩耍的時候要盡情享受，充分發揮自己的水平。例如，在運動會時，我從來不主張學生僅僅專注於學習。我的要求是盡情參與，沒有項目的可以擔任拉拉隊員，或者從事服務工作。如果實在沒有其他任務，也可以當觀衆。我告訴學生們，如果你總是坐在那裏學習寫作業，從小方面說你就是不積極不關心集體，從大方面說你是自私自利影響班級團結。大型活動是檢驗和提高一箇班級凝聚力的最佳機會，因此班主任一定要重視，不能因爲怕耽誤學生的學習時間而有意避開或表現不積極，特別是在班級建立之初。第三個，也是最重要的一點，就是學生的性格活躍。學習是學生最重要的任務，但學習並不是唯一的’任務，而且學習成績也不是孤立影響的，它由很多方面共同決定。特別是班主任在宏觀把握上不能只關注學生的學習成績高低。如果班上的學生沒有良好的心態和開朗的性格，我認爲學習效果會大打折扣。這就要求老師善於引導，在及時發現一些跡象的時候能夠及時解決。特別是在與學生談心的時候，不要總是強調學習學習，可以多談談他的特長，適當指出他的問題，讓他覺得自己並不是一無是處，只需要堅持一下、多一點努力就可以做得更好。
一箇班級除了活，還離不開靜，靜不能等同於死，我在班級管理中一直高調的提倡兩個靜字(到過我們班教室的老師可能都看到過，我們班教室的兩側牆上一直的掛着兩個“靜”字)：第一個靜是學習的心態要靜，人只有在心平氣和的情況下纔能有更高的效率，在這方面，我一直對學生說，在學習過程中，尤其是在自習時間，要能像僧人一樣能夠“入定”，學習過程中不能像一隻兔子，外面的任何風吹草動都可以警覺的，這樣是不可能搞好學習的，在這方面我對學生提出了一箇要求，很簡單，就是每次在自習課時，我進教室的時候，班上的絕大多數同學應該不知道我進來(當然我是安安靜靜的進教室)，在培養學生這方面的素質時尤其是要注意幾個重點對象，要善於抓重點，把幾個重點抓下來了，整個班級的氛圍就上來了。第二個靜是環境的安靜，雖然在強調學生的心要靜得下來，能夠抗得住干擾，但我們還是要爲他們儘可能的創造出良好的學習環境，這個良好的學習環境我比較關注的主要是三個時間段，一箇是自習時間，一箇是午休時間，還有一箇是課間時間，可能前面的兩個時間段都比較好理解，對於課間時間，很多老師可能並不理解，我是這麼想的，很多會聽課的學生往往在上課的時候把絕大部分精力都用在認真聽課上，所以筆記做得比較馬虎，只記了一箇梗概，在下課的時候他們往往要用幾分鐘的時間對上節課的筆記進行初步整理，有些同學有課前預習的習慣，也需要相對安靜的環境，所以即使是下課時間，我也要求學生保持教室的相對安靜，雖然不一定像自習課那樣絕對安靜，但也不能太吵，需要休息的同學儘可能到教室外面休息放鬆，在學習環境方面，我有一箇1>59的觀念，就是班上有60個學生，即使只有一箇學生在搞學習，另外59個學生都要爲他創造良好的學習氛圍，因爲這個學生很可能就是你自己。去年學校作息時間改了後，下午兩點一十上課，所以晚自習前的時間多出20分鐘來，高三有很多班級都把晚自習進教室時間提前了20分鐘，但我們班沒有硬性要求你什麼時候進教室，但有一點必須注意，就是你可以提前一點來，但只要你進了教室就必須安靜下來，做不到這一點你就乾脆遲一點，你可以不珍惜你自己的時間，但你沒有權利影響他人的學習。
三、嚴與寬的尺度
嚴格管理一直以來都是學校對班主任管理工作的要求，而班主任也深知嚴格管理的重要性。然而，需要注意的是，“嚴”並不代表要嚴厲、冷酷地對待學生，嚴格管理更注重的是在原則和紀律上的執行。如果管理過於嚴苛，往往會導致學生個性受壓抑、自卑感加重、自制力不佳，甚至可能引發學生的逆反心理，進而導致師生關係僵化。這既不利於學生身心健康的發展，也不利於班級工作的順利進行。因此，班主任在進行嚴格管理時，應準確掌握尺度，做到嚴而有度。
嚴格管理班級，我認爲注意這樣幾個方面的問題，一箇是時間上，在新的班級建立之初，一定要有比較嚴格的管理，因爲開始的嚴格便於學生的養成教育，一旦通過開始的嚴格管理使學生養成了良好的學習習慣和行爲習慣，以後的管理就會事半功倍，在這方面，我們有一箇做得非常好的老師，就是我們組的唐敏老師，他在這方面非常有心得，他帶班往往也是以嚴格著稱，但是他投入最多的時候就是在建班之初，用他的話說就是開始整順了整服帖了，後面就輕鬆了，我也很贊成他的觀點，所以也一直在努力向他學習。第二是各種規章制度覺得能執行的就制定，不能執行的就乾脆不要，這樣你將來的處罰才能夠嚴格執行，不能讓學生有漏洞可鑽。第三就是嚴格的處罰也要講技巧，班主任一定要注意不能完全的一視同仁，不同的人要有不同的處理方法，一是慣犯與偶犯，我常給我的學生說，人無完人，誰都可能犯錯，所以我允許大家犯錯，比如說遲到的問題，我敢說，就是在座的各位，誰都不敢說自己從來沒有遲過到，所以我認爲學生偶爾遲到是一件非常正常的事兒，但是一定要區分偶爾遲到和經常遲到，偶爾遲到是可以原諒的，但是經常遲到就變成了一中習慣，有遲到習慣的同學絕對不能姑息，所以有時候我們班同樣兩個同學遲到，但一箇可以只是稍微提醒就回到自己的座位上上自習，但另一箇則只能站在教室後排上完自習，有時候甚至還有更嚴厲的處罰，比如說跑步，甚至聯合家長一起做專項治理。二是不同身份的同學的處理方法也應該有所區別，對於班級的主要班幹部，在公共場合有問題一定要處罰，但同時也要愛護，你想啊，任何一箇管理者都需要有自己的鐵桿，如果所有人都不和你站在一邊，自己不就成了光桿司令了嗎，以後自己的治班思路和各項規定還怎麼貫徹下去呢，所以這些同學一定要打一下還要摸一下，也就是不能把自己的核心隊伍打散了(但如果你覺得某個班幹部不適合還是要果斷的換掉);對於那些成績很好的同學犯了錯誤，一定要敢於批評，因爲往往這些同學都是班裏的榜樣，榜樣的力量是無窮的，如果這些同學不能管下來，他們產生的負面作用將是巨大的，班上一定不能有特殊的尖子生;最後是對於那些屢教不改的頑固分子要學會冷處理，要通過管理的手段在班級輿論上孤立他，讓他在班內沒有市場，甚至有時候他犯了錯也不理他，讓他和班級的同學都感覺他是一箇特殊的人，當他感覺到孤獨的時候，他自然會慢慢的回到主流中來的，和這樣的人對着杆，喫虧的往往是班主任，受損的往往是班級氛圍，最得意的是那些想出風頭的學生，除非你已經決定讓他離開或者判斷他可以用強硬的手段一次性把他拿下。在處理一些問題的時候，也可以通過選擇性發現來回避一些矛盾，也就是自己不太想處理的人和事可以巧妙的移開自己的視線，假裝沒有看見，而對於必須要處理的人和事則要明察秋毫，這也是一種技巧，也需要一箇尺度的把握。最後，在原則問題面前，就沒有這麼多區別了，不管是誰，只要犯了原則性錯誤，那就是毫不客氣的，比如說影響他人學習的，擾亂課堂秩序的，頂撞老師的，考試舞弊的等等。嚴還必須與寬有效結合起來，靈活處理。當然，不管是誰，處罰之後，班主任要私下做好被處罰學生的思想工作，使其正確認識錯誤，並努力改正。同時，對學生違紀處罰的方式要多樣化，要寓教育於處罰之中。大家耳熟能詳的魏書生老師對學生犯錯誤的處罰的三個一：唱一支歌，做一件好事，寫一份關於錯誤的說明。他就把處罰變爲生動的自我教育的做法，對我們是一箇很好的啓迪。
工作實踐中，嚴和寬是教育中的兩個重要方面，相輔相成又對立統一。嚴並不意味着冷酷無情，寬也並非縱容放任。只有在教育中做到“嚴中有度，寬中有愛，愛中有教”，我們才能夠實現預期的教育效果。
四、與學生的關係尺度
亦師亦友，師生關係是一箇常用的詞彙，用來形容良好的師生互動。對於年輕的班主任來說，在掌握師和友的尺度上可能會有一些難度。在我看來，師和友中傾向於師的角色更爲重要。師與友最大的不同之處在於嚴肅性和權威性。在教室和課堂上以及處理問題時，你就是老師，必須保持嚴肅和權威。尤其是在處理一些原則性問題時，不允許學生嬉笑調侃。作爲班主任，必須具備控制局面的魄力。例如，自習課上進入教室時，如果裏面吵鬧，只需一聲“安靜”，教室立刻安靜下來；當處理一箇同學問題時，他和你嬉笑調侃，只需一聲“嚴肅點”，他會立刻站好規矩。如果此時還和他講“友情”，那就表明你作爲班主任無能。當然，這樣的權威和嚴肅並不是通過自己大喝一聲來實現的，而應該是學生對你的尊敬感的結果。在關鍵時刻，學生敬畏你、服從你，是因爲他們對你的尊敬。這就不得不提到“友”這個詞。我認爲師生之間的友好關係主要體現在老師關心學生以及學生對老師的信任上。在這一點上，主動權在於老師。只有當老師真正關心學生、在生活中接近他們時，學生纔會對老師產生足夠的信任感，才願意與老師交流。這種交流就是一種友誼。在拉近師生間距離方面，我覺得陳曉偉老師做得非常出色。他曾經說過一句讓我印象深刻的話。有一次，我準備去體育館打球時，碰到陳老師拿着一箇羽毛球拍從體育館走出來。熟悉他的老師都知道，陳老師的羽毛球技術並不好。我開玩笑地說：“你應該打不過你的學生吧。”他回答：“我確實打不過，但我的目的是向他們示弱。”就是這句話讓我至今仍在思考，原來示弱也是一種技巧，也是拉近師生關係的有效方法。很多老師都不願意在學生面前示弱，希望在學生面前扮演神的角色。然而，我認爲這樣只會與學生疏遠。事實上，要讓學生願意接近你，首先得讓他們認爲你也是一箇普通人，有自己的弱點，讓學生感受到在生活中他們完全可以接近你。這真是一種理想境界。然而，要達到這樣的境界，還有許多需要體會的。我覺得在這方面的尺度把握還遠遠不夠，一直在不斷探索中。也希望各位能給予我幫助。
5、用公平民主平等學生
我們都知道公平民主是應該講的，但實際上很少有人能夠真正做到。我相信自己在這方面已經做得很好了。我告訴學生們，無論誰，只要你們不主動找我，我都不會找你們談話。在我的眼裏，我們班上沒有所謂的差生。即使是成績相對較差的學生，也可以過得很快樂，因爲我給每個學生提供了展示各自特長的舞臺。不要在班級裏說差生這樣的詞，因爲一旦說出來，就意味着有差生的存在，這樣他們就不會有機會變得更好。同樣，也不要說某某學生具備某項實力，因爲這等於否定其他七八十位學生的實力。所以，在我們班級中，每個學生都覺得自己很出色，至少我希望如此。
6、 善於挖掘學生身上的閃光點
每個人都希望被讚揚。不僅優等生需要表揚，學困生同樣需要讚揚。實際上，學困生身上也存在着許多優點，我們需要去發現和挖掘。作爲班主任，我們應該善於發現學困生身上的閃光點，給予他們信任，並引導他們有意識地發揚優點，克服缺點，從而朝着積極的方向發展。作爲班主任，我們不應吝嗇對學生的表揚，而應該多多激勵他們。我曾經在全班同學面前發過火，但事後我反思，自己當時的樣子是否很難看，是否有損教師的形象。如果可以通過其他方式教育學生，爲什麼要發火和斥責呢？這樣做既傷害到自己的身體，又使班級的氛圍變得壓抑。其實，學生擁有不同的教育基礎，來自不同的家庭，智力水平也不相同，因此學生的發展是多層面的。只要他們在原有基礎上取得進步就足夠了。我認爲，“蹲下來看學生”大概就是換一種角度看待學生吧。我們不能用同樣的方式要求每個學生，因爲學生的發展是多方面的。我們應該多考慮學生自身的特點，因材施教。
7、 要有一顆平常心，要會自得其樂。
當一名班主任，是一項艱鉅而又不易的任務；而成爲一名優秀的班主任更加不容易。很多人可能會抱怨班主任工作的辛苦，這也導致了許多人不願意擔任班主任的職務。然而，如果你目前就是一名班主任，我希望你不要抱怨，而要以平常心對待這份工作，並從中尋找快樂。我們要在工作和生活中都能感到快樂，要換一種角度去思考問題，合理地排解自己的消極情緒，學會享受其中的樂趣。只有保持良好的情緒，才能影響學生，進而取得更好的教育教學效果。
總之，擔任班主任是一項錯綜複雜的工作，惟有從微小事情入手，始於點滴，巧妙應變，默默關心學生，在細節中施展人文關懷，方能真正滲透進學生內心，將工作做到心坎裏。

Ladies and Gentlemen: My topic is Honesty.
As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story.
65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.
In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth.
He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.
When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error.
Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let’s be honest people of good moral character.

For most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. But I think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, except in rare and heroic cases, be incompatible with happiness. If you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in common.
The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see coming into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly.
It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen–a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.

Sandstorm is a kind of bad weather witch is becoming increasingly common in Northwestern China, and it usually happens in spring and fall. Though I’m only 13, I have experienced it and suffered from it quite a lot.
I’m sure most people still remember the sandstorm that happened last month. It swept across the large area of 11 provinces and caused a great loss to our nation.
As you can see on TV, when a sandstorm comes, the wind blows strongly with dust and sand. Sometimes trees are even broken down in half, and little birds cannot find their homes. Sometimes clouds of dust blur the vision, and little kids cannot find their ways. It’s like the end of the world.
When a sandstorm occurs, our classroom is filled with dust and sand. My poor teachers! They’ve breathed in enough chalk-powder. Now, they have to take in much dust. My poor fellow classmates! They told me they were almost dying.
We love beautiful spring. We cherish bright sunshine. But sandstorms destroy all the lovely things. Yet we know it is Mother Nature’s revenge on what we have done to her. In order to see blue sky and sunny spring again, we should plant more trees and more grass to protect the environment. And it is not too late if we start right now.
Though it’s a hard job to fight against the sandstorm, it is the battle we must fight, and it is a battle we must win!

Imagine a car without a steering wheel. Tough to imagine, right? Well, actually that’s the image you see if a person has no faith. Faith helps to guide us in our lives, encourage us to persist, and give directions when we are lost.
In this peaceful era, our life paths seem to be already well-planned and determined. What we have to do is to follow. Yes, we may face different sorts of challenges, but at least they are less harsh when compared to those in the past. We do not need to worry about starving to death, or how to earn enough money to buy food for our siblings and sustain our lives.
It is like driving from a muddy road into a highway. In the muddy road, path, you would say, as it is formed only by crossing on it many times, flattening the ground to form a smoother area so we can pass. The road is so bumpy and rough, with holes here and there and rocks lying all over. When we drive along this road, we have to be very careful, having a firm grip on the steering wheel, ready for a sudden turn or a large boulder that may appear any second. However, when we drive on a highway, everything becomes different. The road is smooth, straight, and visible. Since there is no unseen obstacle, we may lower our guard, relax a bit, and loosen our grip on the steering wheel. One may even think, if we only have to drive on a smooth straight road like this highway, why would we need a steering wheel?
Faith is unique, just as happiness is. We feel happy for different reasons, we believe for different things. How can we know what we believe in? Recall the last time you are discouraged, and you felt you had lost all hopes in your life. What pulled you back into the world? What pushed you to stand up and continue to strive again? That is your faith, your belief. Faith is what makes you feel you can when others say you can’t.
!Faith is important…, faith is vital…, faith is necessary for us to live our lives. If we do not have faith, we are like a car without a steeling wheel. We can only afford to move along a straight and smooth path, and cannot meet any challenge in our lives. One must understand that no matter how smooth the road is, it is impossible for a car to go without a steering wheel. Or, put it in another way, have you ever seen a car without a steering wheel on the road? So, act now, my friends, find out what you believe in, find out your anchor in your life, hold on to your steeling wheel

3 My Definition of Success
“Once upon a time, there was a king who had a daughter as beautiful as a blooming rose. To all the suitors who came to the king’s palace to ask for the hand of the princess, the old king assigned three tasks to be accomplished, each next to impossible. One day, into the king’s palace came a handsome young prince…” Well, you know the rest. The three tasks may be different in different versions, but the main plot is always the same, with the prince claiming the princess’s hand triumphantly.
And the ending is always the same, finishing with the line “And they live happily every after.”
Why aren’t we tired of something so fanciful, so unrealistic, and, I would say, so unimaginative? How can a story like that endure generations of repetition`? Because, I think, it is a typical success story. It is highly philosophical and symbolic. By implication, we see a 4-step definition of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess; 2 ) challenges to be met, as represented by the three tasks; 3 ) the process of surmounting difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage.
The story not only caters to everyone’s inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the process and the result. The reward of success will be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. If a person inherits his father’s millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. The term “success”, to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. But as I understand it, the true meaning of success entails a combination of both the process and the satisfactory result of an endeavor. To clarify my view, let me give another ogy.
If we changed the rules of football, greatly enlarged the goal and sent away David Seaman or any other goal keeper, so that another David, namely David Beckham, could score easily, then scoring would not give him the thrill of accomplishment and the joy that it brings. If we further changed the rules by not allowing Arsenal’s defenders to defend, so that Beckham needed only to lift a finger, actually a toe, to score, then there would be no game at all, because the meaning of winning would have disappeared. In accepting the challenge, in surmounting the difficulties and in enduring the hardship, success acquires its value. The sense of attainment varies in proportion to the degree of difficulties on overcomes.
The concept of success is not constant but relative because the nature of difficulty is also relative. Something you do effortlessly might pose a great difficulty for a handicapped person. In acquiring the ability to do the same as you can, he or she achieve success. That’s why we greatly admire Stephen Hawking, because, though confined to a wheel chair, he has contributed greatly to the field of science.
I myself, a rather shy person by nature who easily suffer from stage fright, had to pluck up great courage to take part in a speech contest like this. I could have stayed away and had an easy time of it by not entering the university level contest.But I chose to accept the challenge and to face the difficulties. Now here I am. If I come out first, it will be a great success for me. If I come out last-I hope this will not be the case-but if I come out last, I will not call my attempt a failure, but will also celebrate it as a true success, because part of my goal is my own character training-to do more assertive, to be brave in face of difficulties. For me, it is a meaningful step forward, all as it is, in the long journey toward the final success in my life, because I have truly gained by participating.
Let us return to our handsome young prince and the 4-step definition of success. You my have noticed that the usual worldly criteria of wealth, position and fame were not mentioned as part of the story, but rather, it emphasized the process of overcoming difficulties. The ancient wisdom had already defined the meaning of success, and this is my definition, too.

一、注重預習。
“預習”是一種良好的學習習慣，是課堂教學中的重要環節。它作爲學習過程的起始階段，是培養學生自學能力的重要途徑，在提高學習效率方面有着重要的作用。它不僅能幫學生“學會”知識，更能幫助學生“會學”知識。做好預習工作，功在課外，利在課內。我們有以下幾個環節：
1、佈置預習作業。
在寒暑假來臨之前，學校要求每位教師給學生特別佈置假期預習作業。爲了使預習有章可循，教師列出預習提綱，分發給每個學生。針對預習內容，教師必須提出明確的預習要求。而且預習要求必須合理，正確，有可操作性。我們給學生佈置了預習前三單元的內容，具體到哪一天預習哪幾頁單詞，背會哪部分對話，掌握哪幾個句型，理解哪項語法內容。此外，每日摘抄一句英語諺語，兩天一篇閱讀理解，五天一篇英語練筆（小作文）。
2、指導預習方法。
針對不同的教學內容指導學生選用合適的預習方法，通過查閱資料、聽錄音帶、網絡學習、向哥哥姐姐求教等多種方法來學習。例如：會話練習可以採用查一查，補一補，說一說的方法；句型練習可以採用找一找，歸一歸，比一比的方法；閱讀練習可以採用劃一劃，查一查，寫一寫的方法。我們知道“授之一魚，只供一餐，授之以漁，可享一生。”只要堅持運用科學的方法培養學生的預習習慣，學生們一定會學會預習，運用預習，學會學習，爲他們的終身學習奠下良好的基礎.
3、爭取得到家長的配合。
爲了學生在假期期間更好地完成預習作業，使預習作業更有成效，我們學校在放假前特意召開了家長會，把學校的想法、做法與家長們溝通交流，期望家長能做好督促檢查工作。事實證明，我們得到了很多家長的配合。
4、檢查預習效果。
檢查學生預習是否到位，存在有哪些問題，以便今後教學做到有的放矢。開學的第二天，我們學校就組織了各科的預習考試。成績上報學校，並作出效果分析。由於我們英語學科的特點，初二學生在預習單詞和每單元的語法聚焦兩方面比較好，但知識點和句型的靈活運用還有待提高。
二、抓好教研組建設。
學校是一箇大羣體，而教研組是一箇小羣體，教師是這個羣體中的成員，我們每位教師的成長與發展都離不開這個羣體。我校在抓教研組建設方面工作做得紮實，有條不紊，爲每位教師的發展搭建了平臺。積極開展教研組的說、上、評課活動，要求人人過關。緊緊圍繞教研組的活動專題，重視對學生學習習慣培養的研究，和對學生自主學習意識培養的研究。通過教研活動，使本教研組全體英語教師共同提高，人人受益。也讓我感受到了集體的力量是無窮的，實現了教師之間，同伴之間的團結協作。一箇人有困難時，大家都來幫助，讓她從困境中走出，不斷髮展自己，提高自己，身處在這樣一箇教師羣體中，我深感榮幸。
三、加強備課組的集體備課。
集體備課是發揮羣體優勢，提高備課質量的重要途徑，也是落實教學常規，提高課堂教學效率的.必要措施。我校很重視英語教研，特別安排了主抓教學的劉校長下組監督指導，使活動有計劃、有目標、有實效。我們英語備課組的三位教師積極組織集體備課，研究教學內容，研究學生，進度，研究教學方法，安排及教學資料做到一致。我們每週至少活動一次，時間固定，有活動記錄。每次活動都定有中心發言人，定活動的主題，不走形式，不敷衍了事，切實解決教學中的一些問題，努力提高課堂教學質量，完善教學，規範我們的教學行爲，向課堂40分鐘要質量。
四、培養學生自主探究學習的能力。
本學年我們學校一直倡導培養學生自主探究學習的能力。要求教學要以學生爲主體，轉變角色，成爲學生學習的引導者、幫助者。在課堂中要求教師要“少講多學”，即教師少講，學生多學。堅持放手原則：凡是學生能讀的就讓學生讀，凡是學生能說的就讓學生說，凡是學生能想的就讓學生想，凡是學生能討論的就讓學生討論，凡是學生能寫的就讓學生寫，凡是學生能做的就讓學生做。給學生自學時間、提問時間、讀書時間和練習時間。在教學中，我們鼓勵學生嘗試地交流、討論、質疑、解惑；把問的權利交給學生，把講的機會讓給學生，讓學生參與到知識形成的過程中，並從中感受到“參與之樂，思維之趣，成功之悅”。
我們知道“學源於思，思源於疑”，學生探索知識的思維過程總是從問題開始，又在解決問題中得到發展。教學過程中學生如果能在教師創設的情境下，自己動腦思考，動口表達，將受益匪淺。我們的做法是首先創設情境、明確目標，其次呈現問題、啓發誘導，然後讓學生先自主探究、設疑質疑，再合作探究、解惑釋疑，最後對學生的活動加以評價，使學生活動的過程更規範化，在活動中該做什麼，而不該做什麼，逐步滲透到學生的腦海裏。每節課儘可能給予學生自主學習的時間和空間，讓他們自主學習，培養他們敢疑、敢想、敢問、敢說的良好學習習慣，提高他們的思維能力，真正使學生好學、樂學、會學，從而形成一種生動活潑輕鬆的學習局面。
儘管以往的教育教學工作取得了一些進步，得到了領導和家長們的認可，學生的學習方法，學習習慣和自主學習能力有了一定提高，一部分學生的學習興趣也得以鞏固和加強。但是，客觀地分析了學生的成績的各個方面，我深深地感覺到自身工作中還存在許多不足。例如：學生成績的兩極分化現象；相當一部分學生的英語學習興趣還有待於進一步的保鮮和鞏固；一些學生的基本學習習慣、方法和技能都需要在今後的工作中加強指導。另外，回首自身教學工作的各個方面，在常規教學的備課方面還存在不足，講課方面也還不夠靈活機動。以後的教學工作將帶着這些問題有針對性地開展。
