　　二是校級課題研究讓我體會到“挫折也很美麗”。開學初，經全體老師商量，決定把這次校級課題的切入點定爲我們一直困惑和解決的問題“閱讀教學”所以“閱讀教學中學生活動的有效性”課題應運而生，田納老師爲此獻課一節，試講後，由於思考的角度發生偏差，種種問題就暴露在大家面前。周圍的質疑讓我們坐立不安，下來後組內討論的氣氛異常嚴肅。歸根結底，課題的實踐性和可操作性沒有達到預期效果。商量後，我們把課題修改爲“在課堂學習中學生閱讀活動的有效性”這樣，課題的切入點細化到了學生活動中的閱讀方面，田老師也根據新課題獻課兩節，陳鳳老師也獻課一節。在十一月初，我們組還就課題進行了一系列的培訓和教研，並學習了成都市成華區雙水小學尹宏老師的一節課，大家都收穫頗豐。上週，我和蔡老師也應邀參加了在武漢舉行的“第四屆全國小學英語教學觀摩研討會”在會上，來自全國各省市區的教學精英進行了激烈的角逐，我們也充分認識到自己的優勢和劣勢，回到學校後，我也組織了組內交流會，讓大家分享我們的收穫。而今天下午的第一節課我們全組也在一三班對彭靜老師的一節研究課進行集體教研。我們相信研究無止境，有時，挫折會使我們成長地更快，也是一種難言的美麗。

　　校本課程——國際理解的開設，使我相信“人的`潛力是無限的”從備課到蒐集資料，從集體研究到個人發揮，組內每個教師都以不同的特色來詮釋英語的魅力。張小瀛，王宗霞老師沉穩的風格，王穎老師活潑的教學和彭靜老師親和的教態都給我們留下了深刻的印象。國際理解課主要在正常教學的基礎上，加入以西方文化的滲透和中西方各個方面的差異爲主。本期，我們在延續一貫風格的同時，積極參加各類活動。如，研究課的呈現，小導遊的誕生，學生作品的展示都讓每個年級的國際理解班脫穎而出。得到家長和學生的歡迎。

　　說到對下學期的設想，我想從以下三點來看：

　　1，繼續早讀環節，努力減少兩極分化。

　　在星期二到星期五的早讀中，每位教師兢兢業業，盡心盡責。在自然組的支持下，我們的早讀順利開展了一學年。在這裏，表示感謝。

　　2，加強新教師培訓，促進老教師發展。

　　本學期我們組集體教研次數多，問題有針對性。在下學期，我們將圍繞校級課題進行。將推出張小瀛老師的國際理解課，彭靜老師的見面課等。我們也將進行組內讀書活動，以英文翻譯和欣賞的形式推動組內專業水平。時間暫定爲一星期一次，歡迎各位老師前來分享。我們會承擔一次雅園講壇，一切都在計劃和籌備中。

　　3，強化學生基礎知識，認真準備期末檢測。

　　在半期檢測的基礎上，夯實學生基礎知識，加強專項練習。特別是高段的教學內容主要放在時態，比較級最高級，習慣性用法的融會貫通，在講題的同時教給學生做題的方法和技巧。加強單詞和句型的訓練，保證課前聽寫的質量。

　　三、不要對孩子亂髮脾氣

　　要站在孩子的位置上，瞭解他們的`想法。比如看見孩子作業沒寫完，不要一上來就咋呼、火冒三丈，你怎麼還沒寫？天天就知道玩兒！等等。孩子會因此而好好寫作業嗎？當然不會，孩子會更牴觸寫作業。請用同理心教育孩子。“你不按時完成作業，我真的很難過。如果你能在半小時內把作業寫完，我會覺得很開心。”

　　四、鬆懈現象

　　有的學生學過英語就對學校的英語課堂學習放鬆了。覺得都會，以考試傻眼了。我們還是得重視我們的課本。

　　在英語教學過程中，希望家長配合我的工作有：

　　一、監督孩子們完成當天的作業

　　其實老師每天佈置的作業都是有針對性的，是對當天課堂知識的鞏固和複習，所以要嚴格要求作業質量。

　　二、培養孩子記筆記的習慣

　　讓孩子們準備一箇錯題本，記錄自己當時做錯的原因，再找同類型題練習，對複習知識很有幫助。

　　三、朗讀和背誦

　　我認爲朗讀和背誦是學習語言最有效的方法了。即使今天的作業內容沒有朗讀背誦，每天也要拿出5分-10分鐘大聲的讀讀背背。

　　四、小目標

　　孩子們早上出門前定個小目標，比如：今天主動舉手發言，或發言一次，發言二次等等。

　　怎樣幫助孩子學好英語呢？家長和教師如何共同幫助孩子學習成長呢？老師自然是最直接的知識傳授者，有着不可推卸的責任，但是家庭教育至關重要，你重視了，你付出了，孩子們自然會學有所成，你鬆懈了，你不管了，孩子的學習自然搞不好，在此，我呼籲我們的家長多配合學校，多配合老師，靠我們共同的努力來幫助孩子學好英語，和孩子共同成長、共同進步。

　　我認爲，英語學習並不難，難就在於沒有一箇好的家庭教育環境，沒有養成好的學習習慣。我們要在以下幾個方面加強對孩子的學習教育。

　　一、要給孩子們營造寬鬆的學習環境。

　　一是學校的學習環境。我們老師在英語教學過程中，尊重每個學生，保護他們的自尊心和積極性。創造各種合作學習的活動，促進學生互相學習，互相幫助，體驗成就感，發展合作精神；關注學習有困難的或性格內向的學習，儘可能地爲他們創造語言的機會；建立融洽、民主的師生交流渠道，經常和學生一起反思學習過程和學習效果，互相鼓勵和幫助，做到教學相關；加強對學生學習策略的指導；引導學生在學習過程中，進行自我評價，並根據需要調整自己的學習目標和學習策略。孩子們在學的輕鬆，學習的主動性、自覺性不斷提高，我們給學生營造了寬鬆的學習環境。

　　二是家庭的學習環境。每位家長一定要關注孩子們的學習，多鼓勵，多給孩子們營造寬鬆的家庭學習環境，不能不管不顧，放任自流，不能無原則打罵孩子，要針對孩子們的學習表現，多和學校老師溝通，多和孩子們溝通，共同幫助孩子改正缺點，樹立信心，培養孩子們學習興趣。

　　二、要重視孩子們良好學習習慣的養成

　　1、讓孩子多聽、多想

　　首先是加強聽力訓練和說話訓練，然後纔是讀寫能力的培養。聽說能力差，用英語進行交際的能力差，爲此，家長一定要配合學校來要求孩子，要創造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以後，跟着說，從小培養孩子的聽覺，爲將來打好基礎。

　　2、讓孩子多說、多練

　　家長要每天讓孩子多讀英語、多多練習說話，要鼓勵孩子大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利於清楚地表達自己，培養信心，能力，敢說、多練纔會學好英語。

　　3、讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞背誦

　　這是一項基本功，可以積累一些日常用語，到用的時等候就可以脫口而出。但是在背誦過程中要講究方法，不可操之過急，要注意分散和集中相結合。我們一般是分段教課文，那就可以請學生分段背課文。等快教完的時候，再把課文串起來背，這樣可以降低一點難度，讓學生背得輕鬆些。但是在檢查過程中，我們發現有一些學生背得相當熟練，可問他課文中的某個詞組或句子的意思時，他卻一問三不知。所以，我們在背誦過程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎上達到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關詞組和句型，要讓學生熟記，並能用它們來造句、說話。在具體的實施過程中發現：有些學生根本不用心學，能偷懶則偷懶，很多家長比較負責會查問有沒有教新課，要不要默寫，但孩子不老實，欺騙家長。這時候，你應該及時跟老師聯繫，做好溝通，讓孩子知道：欺騙不是辦法，也會受到相應的懲罰。

　　單詞亦是如此，分散記憶、根據讀音記憶單詞都是可取的方法。有時，我們回家佈置抄寫單詞，其目的不在於抄，而在於提醒學生記憶這些單詞。但是在日常學習中，學生不重視這項作業，認爲只是抄抄而已，不做也沒什麼關係，其實他連抄寫都不做，根本別說是去背了，結果幾次下來，他應付不過來，學習處於被動狀態，從而影響了以後的學習，出現退步現象。因此，請大家在家裏督促孩子保質保量地完成英語作業，該讀的讀、該說的說、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養成良好的習慣。父母親的良好榜樣起着很大作用。孩子一般還沒有明確的學習目的，這時，父母親對學習的態度，特別是行爲，會極大地影響孩子。你要讓你的孩子知道，要善於學習，勤於學習，要多掌握知識，爲了明天的成就，把握好今天的學習。

　　作爲一名英語教師，我認爲我對這三個班的孩子是盡心盡責的。我每天早來晚走，一心撲在這三個班的英語教學上。三個班的好幾套作業，《同步練》，《一課一練》，《活動手冊》，作業本，練習本等等我都認真的進行批改。有的時候還要帶回家改。但是結果卻不是那麼的盡如人意。我分析後發現問題主要出在孩子的學習方法和學習習慣上。我發現學(本站推薦)習成績好的孩子，他們都有好的學習習慣和學習方法。

　　好的聽課習慣。課堂是教學最重要的環節，緊緊抓住40分鐘比課後補四個小時都有用。課堂上應該要集中注意力，跟着老師走。這樣不會漏掉任何一箇知識點，纔會學得全面。我發現有的同學在課堂上始終能保持注意力的集中，有的則是隻能集中一段時間，還有一小部分是幾乎沒有多少時間是集中注意力的，手在下面動不停，老師點名的時候好一些，一轉臉又不知道在幹什麼了。上課不聽怎麼可能學好英語呢？

　　學習英語主要就是操練句子，要說英語，學了要能說出來纔是會了。課堂上我們留有大量的時間讓孩子們朗讀，表演。所以在英語課上積極發言就顯得更加重要。我問那些不愛發言的孩子爲什麼不舉手，他們說害怕錯。我都是跟他們說：“即使錯了也沒關係，這樣可以讓老師發現你的問題在哪裏並及時糾正。”作爲家長也應該這樣去鼓勵他們，要他們抓住每次發言的機會。

　　作業是課堂教學的補充和鞏固，作業完成質量的好壞直接關係到知識掌握的牢固程度。好的作業完成習慣包括按時完成作業和按時交作業，按老師的要求認真的，字跡清晰的正確的完成作業。雖然只有這幾點，但真正做到也不是那麼容易。特別他們還是孩子，孩子總有不自覺和管不住自己的時候，所以家長應該在這方面多下點工夫。對於做作業習慣較好的學生，家長只需要在他完成作業之後檢查一下就可以了。但對於習慣相對較差的孩子來說，作爲家長你可能就要多花點時間陪着他寫了。我們也能理解家長工作的繁忙，但是對於你們來說最重要的是孩子的教育問題，孩子的成材纔是你們作爲家長真正的成功！

　　這學期，我希望我們老師和家長能相互配合、共同努力。讓孩子養成良好的學習習慣，提高他的英語成績。我希望家長做到的是，每天根據孩子的英語作業進行檢查是否完成，完成的質量如何。

　　我們每天的英語作業都不是很多，一般在半小時內就能完成，有的孩子還是不能完成。家長說語文數學作業太多了，沒有時間寫。我想問語文數學作業多難道就不用寫英語作業了嗎？英語還是要學的。所以家長可以幫孩子想想辦法，可以適當的改變一下做作業的順序，可以先做英語啊！

　　讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞是一項基本功，可以積累一些日常用語，到用的時等候就可以脫口而出。但是在背誦過程中要講究方法，不可操之過急，要注意分散和集中相結合。在檢查過程中，我們發現有一部分學生背得相當熟練，可問他課文中的某個詞組或句子的意思時，他卻一問三不知。所以，我們在背誦過程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎上達到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關詞組和句型，要讓學生熟記，並能用它們來造句、說話。在具體的實施過程中發現：有些學生根本不用心學，能偷懶則偷懶，很多家長比較負責會查問有沒有英語作業，要不要默寫，但孩子不老實，欺騙家長。這時候，你應該及時跟我聯繫，讓孩子知道：欺騙不是辦法，也會受到相應的懲罰。

　　我們回家佈置抄寫單詞，其目的不在於抄，而在於提醒學生記憶這些單詞。但是在日常學習中，學生不重視這項作業，認爲只是抄抄而已，不做也沒什麼關係，其實他連抄寫都不做，根本別說是去背了，結果幾次下來，他作業越積越多，應付不過來，學習處於被動狀態，從而影響了以後的學習。因此，請大家在家裏督促孩子保質保量地完成英語作業，該讀的讀、該讀的讀、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養成良好的習慣。

　　父母親的良好榜樣起着很大作用。孩子一般還沒有明確的學習目的，這時，父母親對學習的態度，會極大地影響孩子。

　　孩子是每個家庭的重心和希望，有一位家長說過：“要把培養孩子當作自己的事業來做。”是啊，只要你多投入一點，相信你的孩子會給予你更多的回報！

　　作爲老師我會經常和家長溝通，以“家校聯誼卡”爲主，在這裏我也可以把我的電話告訴大家，家長有什麼問題可以及時和我們聯繫！當然哪些出現問題，有退步的我也會和家長及時聯繫！

　　在這裏還是希望家長能按照老師的要求每天檢查孩子的作業完成情況，包括筆頭的和口頭的，有時間的最好籤個字，讓我知道你在關心你孩子的英語學習情況。在學校裏我會盡自己的最大努力去關注和關心每一位學生。

　　我教三年級五年級三個班83位學生的英語，工作量相對較大，工作中難免會出現一些不足，希望家長能及時的指出同時也能給予我一點理解和支持，讓我們共同爲孩子的發展和提高努力！
